For mental health or medical concerns, I agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider. 2. Personal Responsibility I voluntarily participate in coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for my own decisions, actions, and results. I release [McCracken Coaching] and its coaches from any liability for my choices, financial decisions, emotional wellbeing, health outcomes, or results of participating. 3. No Guarantees I understand that no results are guaranteed. Success depends on my own effort, commitment, and follow-through. 4. Confidentiality I understand that personal information shared in coaching is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, legal obligations). For group coaching, I agree to keep information shared by other participants strictly confidential and to respect their privacy. 5. Respectful Participation I agree to participate in a respectful manner. [McCracken Coaching] reserves the right to remove me from any session or group if I am disruptive, disrespectful, or violate these terms, without refund. 6. Payment & Refund Policy All payments for coaching (individual or group) are final and non-refundable. By registering, I understand and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 7. Release of Liability By signing up, I waive and release [McCracken Coaching], its coaches, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in coaching. 8. Governing Law This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of [Indiana].
